As a result of successful project management and engineering, RÖNTGENSAN has been approved and certified by BOTAS (Petroleum Pipeline Corporation) as Authorized Consulting and Engineering Service Company in 1995 for the following NG applications:

• High pressure Natural Gas System Projects-Mainline & Distribution Lines
• Design, Design Approval for Construction and Construction Supervision & Inspection of Type A-High Pressure Reducing and Metering Stations (RMS for 40 to 75 Bar).

In addition to 1995 qualifications; RÖNTGENSAN has been approved as an Authorized Consulting and Engineering Service Company in 1999 for the following NG applications;

• Low Pressure Natural Gas System Projects-Intercity and Organized Industrial Zone Systems.
• Design, Design Approval for Construction and Construction Supervision & Inspection of Type B-Low Pressure Reducing and Metering Stations (RMS for 4 to 25 Bar).

Non-Destructive Testing – NDT

When dealing with exploitation licenses and preventive maintenance of technical installations, Non Destructive Testing and Examination (NDT/NDE) are indispensable techniques. NDT include several methods of examining materials, components and connections in order to identify and quantify internal defects and degradations.

NDT/NDE offer also the necessary guarantees when quality, expense saving, business security and –safety is in order, for both existing and new installations. NDT/NDE decrease the risk of leakage or other defects, which increase the business integrity and safety within the installation and can save expenses.

About Röntgensan

After 15 years of NDT experience in Germany, our President of the Board Mr. Hasan DEMİRCİ returned Turkey and set up first NDT Company in İzmit in 1974 and later he went on his service to this field under RÖNTGENSAN.

In the first years of operation, only Radiographic Testing (RT), Ultrasonic Testing (UT) and Dye Penetrant Testing services were provided and after 1995, our service field expanded to Magnetic Particle Testing (MT), Eddy Current Testing (ET) and Leak Testing (LT).

In 1995, Röntgensan opened “Engineering Department” which is presently holding 60% of NG, LNG & LPG System Supervision and Consulting Market.

Rötngensan is holding the leadership in its service field by employing an experienced ASNT ACCP Professional Level III to satisfy costumer needs.
